Initially their knowledge on best way to promote our property, Handling and preparing all documentations, contacting appropriate agencies as needed. This was all handled on time every time by this skilled real estate team in a speedy well-presented way. It was obvious early on their efficiency in preparing our house for market was well established and thought out, removing a lot of stress and uncertainty. The marketing of the house itself was also handled with the same efficiency, with a steady stream of possible buyers in a very difficult market at the time, it was obvious this team was working hard to find us a prospective buyer. Overall, my impression was this Real estate team was extremely well presented and trustworthy, brought all their extensive knowledge together to achieve a well-presented property and promote it for sale. I am certain this all came together to achieve our best possible outcome and price in a very difficult market. Personally, my feeling was I was dealing with a knowledgeable agent who was very reliable and responsive to our needs accumulating in a successful final property sale.
