Best in the Bridge!
Jared, Miranda and the whole Ray White Mangere Bridge team did a fantastic job. We always felt informed and confident that Jared and his team were doing their best to get us the best result. FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE
When we met Monika the first time, we knew that she was the agent for us, although it took us a few years to finally make the decision to sell. She was well presented, presented us with all the knowledge regarding selling our house in a beautifully well prepared package. She never forced us to make any decision which we appreciated a lot, we needed the space to make a well informed decision and she gave it to us. Once we made up our mind to sell, we had a meeting, in which all the steps of the process were explained to us very thoroughly and all our questions were answered. She made sure that we understood everything well. We could also contact her at anytime when something did not make sense. She has a very calm nature which makes it very easy to deal with. She is HIGHLY recommended by us.

Sensational Experience with Monika
Monika was very patient, spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions without doubt, straight away we can tell she has a lot of experience and know the market very well. We were extremely nervous about selling our first home, but after her few visits, she gave us confidence we will have a good result, she walked thru the whole process with us from staging, timing strategy, open homes, to setting the reserve price, even bought donuts to our onsite auction. Monika was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale process. This was our first sale and she answered all our queries and provided expert advice. Nothing was too much trouble and she even put the finishing touches to our rooms to ensure our home looked great for the listing photos/open homes. Jared helped us sell our property in a very difficult market. Communication was good throughout the process and we felt we could ask questions at any time. Jared gave good advice, but didn't pressure us into making decisions.
