James has been instrumental in making the whole process of selling a house really easy. He gave good advice on how to improve the property and had access to a range of people (painters, stagers, etc) to insure the property was at its best for sale. He works tirelessly and communicates extremely effectively (even when he was away for a brief holiday). We were realistic with what we wanted to get for the sale and James managed to exceed our expectations. It's a tricky market at the moment but James was able to secure a number of interested parties for auction. I rate James so highly that I gave him another of our properties to sell.
