Highly recommended
It was an absolute pleasure to sell our family home with Aeshan. He was passionate about his work, professional & transparent. His high energy enthusiasm drove the whole campaign. Great agent
Jared was amazing to work with! We benefited from his help, support and knowledge with finding our new house then with selling our current house. During the buying phase he was always on the look out for a property that would suit our needs and communicated with other agents on our behalf which we appreciated. Easy Process & Great professionalism!

Support from start to finish
Jared helped us sell and helped us buy, and continued to provide support to us throughout the months it took us to find a property . In the end we were very happy with the result and would like to Thank Jared and the team at Ray white Mangere bridge for all thier hard work! Great experience
This was our first time selling a house and was made more complicated by the fact that we live in a different city and decided to renovate it before selling. Jared was amazing throughout the whole (long) process. From reno advice through to putting it on the market and selling it, he was friendly and professional throughout. He really went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful.

Review of Jared Hards
This is the second time I have had experience of Jared when buying a property. This time the purchase was undertaken as 'By negotiation' which was a new experience for me. It took a long time between our offers and the vendor's replies, so much so that we had given up completely. Whether this was the way by negotiations happen, I do not know. We were very impressed with the team at Ray White Mangere Bridge from the purchase to handling our rental property. I would recommend Jared and his team without hesitation.

Highly recommend
We especially appreciated how well Monika managed the open home process, suggested simple improvements, and dealt with our tenants at the time. The appraisal price range was an over-estimate compared to the sale price, but we were still very pleased with the outcome.
