Fantastic experience overall - both Karlene & Rubal were great to work with.
If there is a rating of 11/10, I'd give them that that. Both Karlene & Rubal were understanding and had in depth knowledge of the area and managed to get a quick sale for us. They were both easy to deal with and had make everything very easy for us.

Realistic and Honest
We knew Monika before we met her. Her Smiling face and name have been on a number of SOLD properties in our area. When the time came for us to sell our property, we had no one else in mind to ask to help us but Monika. We were not disappointed with our decision to pick her. It was not that easy to sell the property with Covid 19 situation and the changes of loan regulations looming. Monika has been honest and realistic throughout the whole process. With her unquestionable knowledge of the property market, we put our trust in her and we managed to pull through despite the challenges. Hats off to Monika and Aryaan for making the sale happen.
