BEST AGENT EVER!!!
Jas is honestly the best agent ever. He doesn’t treat you as a client but instead as a friend who is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure he provides the best service. Even after Jas found us the perfect home, he was kind enough to offer to help shift our households. If you are looking to purchase a home then Jas is the perfect man for the job. Highly recommended.

Hassle free house sale meeting all expectations in a reduced market
Our house sale has recently gone unconditional due to James and the Ray White team, From the start James answered all our questions about the current and future market which helped us determine the appropriate method of sale, his knowledge of the market is extensive which eased any of our fears and expectations . We were never left wondering where we stood as James and his great secretary Amelia always kept us up to date with offers and interest in the house, Thanks Amelia for your hard work! We had a plan to sell the house within a designated timeframe and with James hard work during open homes , extra viewings and his large data base of potential buyers we were able accept an offer . I put this down to James long time experience as a Real Estate agent who knows and understands a moving market, great communication with his vendors with honest a reliable fact based information which helped us make easy decisions in a tough and unpredictable market. FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE
When we met Monika the first time, we knew that she was the agent for us, although it took us a few years to finally make the decision to sell. She was well presented, presented us with all the knowledge regarding selling our house in a beautifully well prepared package. She never forced us to make any decision which we appreciated a lot, we needed the space to make a well informed decision and she gave it to us. Once we made up our mind to sell, we had a meeting, in which all the steps of the process were explained to us very thoroughly and all our questions were answered. She made sure that we understood everything well. We could also contact her at anytime when something did not make sense. She has a very calm nature which makes it very easy to deal with. She is HIGHLY recommended by us.

Sensational Experience with Monika
Monika was very patient, spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions without doubt, straight away we can tell she has a lot of experience and know the market very well. We were extremely nervous about selling our first home, but after her few visits, she gave us confidence we will have a good result, she walked thru the whole process with us from staging, timing strategy, open homes, to setting the reserve price, even bought donuts to our onsite auction. We are so glad working with Monika and Aryaan, the service from their team was exceptional.

Friendly professional service drawing on years of experience in residential sales.
Monika was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale process. This was our first sale and she answered all our queries and provided expert advice. Nothing was too much trouble and she even put the finishing touches to our rooms to ensure our home looked great for the listing photos/open homes.
