Steven was such a pleasure to work with, from the first initial query call to organise a house viewing, to meeting him in person. He was very approachable and down to earth. He had plenty of knowledge about the property as well as the market, we could easily have an honest conversation with him. He answered all our questions, was very patient and was accommodating to our many requests. Having a sense of humour and empathy helped us during this very stressful time of house hunting. Steven communicated very well on phone, text and emails, and replied very quickly. On auction day he made us feel at ease and gave us very clear guidelines, he made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Steven to anyone either selling or buying.
