Jared and Melissa were the listing agents for the house I purchased. I really enjoyed dealing with them and found them to be honest and helpful. They were a breath of fresh air compared to some agents I dealt with who would tell me whatever they thought I wanted to hear. On the auction day they made it happen and I doubt the sale would have happened if they weren’t the agents. Would be calling them if I needed to list my house for sale.

Jared was amazing to deal with from the very first catch up regarding the appraisal of our property. He was super easy going and nothing was a problem. Really accommodating of our time frame and particular needs regarding open homes, settlement etc. So friendly and warm with our whole family. Communication was a breeze be it over the phone, messaging or email. Always more than happy to chat and talk through any queries. His knowledge of the current market was spot on and he ran a fantastic campaign that ensured as many people got through the property as possible either at opens or private viewings - whatever it took, he would get people through. Our home was sold way above market predictions and right against media forecasts. Both Jared and Miranda conducted a very good campaign, good listeners, great communicators, very energetic, and knew current purchasers very well and had even predicted the types of new buyers who would register for the auction. 3 winning traits - energetic, great communication and market knowledge.
