Excellent communications and marketing to buyers
We sold our house with Shaan (and Olivia, who make a great team). Shaan was a very responsive communicator. We sold our house by auction above reserve. We were really happy with the video that he and Olivia prepared o showcase the house and I felt like they both listened to our requirements and preferences.
