A smooth and successful selling Experience

Jerry was quick to make contact with me when I first enquired about selling our home. I first Came across Jerry through social media, after he assisted a family friend with selling their home, so my mind was immediately at ease when Pat linked us up with Jerry. It was a bonus that Jerry knew our area well as he also lived in Otahuhu, and so he was able to use his knowledge of our area to get us the best result. His engagement and communication with us was amazing from the beginning, right up until auction day. Our questions were answered and we definitely saw the hustle, especially with the private viewings as he grabbed every opportunity for a potential buyer to view our home. He left no stones unturned. The biggest thing for us, was, we were surprised with how quickly things progressed, but Jerry kept us informed all the way - I mean we sold in 23 days from when we went live on the market!!! Jerry made the process genuinely enjoyable and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
