Drew was really easy to work with and is one of those agents who is down to earth and makes you feel like he is there for you - when we realised two of the three toilets were not bolted to the floor upon taking possession of the house, he didn't hesitate and sent through the contact details of someone who would be able to help. I wasn't able to see the house in person before purchasing it but Drew's openness when answering questions made it easy to trust his judgment - truly someone who has everyone's best interest at heart.
