To say Shane and Tash went above and beyond would be an understatement! This being my first time selling a property, I was naturally worried for the unknown. However, through their experience, Shane and Tash quickly removed any doubt. They were able to coach me through the entire sales process, easing any pressure and enabling me to make the right choices. Whether you are wanting to buy or sell your property, I could not recommend anymore, you MUST contact Shane or Tash. They will comfortably work with your best interests at heart, remove any doubt and exceed all demands! A massive thank you for such an incredible experience and to the team at Ray White, Mairangi Bay! A+++

Shane is very pleasant to deal with and he has very good knowledge of the market. At the same time, he did not push me into making decisions but guided me through with ample knowledge. I have utmost confidence in his negotiation skills as he speaks well and is very persuasive. He also responds quickly to any questions that I have . If there is an issue, he deals with it fairly and is not afraid to admit any mistakes but will assure you that he has it under control. I appreciate that he keeps me in the loop at all times and we work as a team. Thank you Shane. Very much appreciated.

Property was with another agency as well - Ella worked in with them and was always willing to do extra open homes at short notice. Excellent follow up with potential buyers who had attended open homes. Also numerous phone calls to potential buyers - reporting to me was also excellent.

In short - I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell my home. I recently sold my home with the help of Drew Miller from Ray White and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property. From our very first meeting, I knew that I was in good hands. Drew was incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and provided me with a comprehensive analysis of the current market conditions. Throughout the entire process, Drew was professional, responsive, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and provided me with regular updates on the progress of the sale. He also provided me with valuable advice on how to prepare my home for sale, and went the extra mile to ensure that my property looked its very best. In short, if you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, professional, and committed to achieving the best possible results for you, then Drew is the agent for you. He is a true professional and I cannot recommend him enough!

With the help of her team at Ray White, Ella Bason chose the perfect strategy for selling our house under time pressure. And then she executed perfectly. We were able to get onto the market within a few weeks and then a deadline sale ended successfully in just 3 weeks. She went above and beyond, making sure we had an agent at the top of the long drive, was always highly presentable and engaging, and had great tips and advice on how to show our home. Very highly recommended, she's 5-Stars!

Shane made selling my property easy. His network of contacts helped the property look its best for the open houses. He worked hard with his team to generate a lot of interest for the open days. Tracy and Shane maintained contact with me throughout the sales process, so that I felt informed about how it was going. I have already recommended Shane to others.

Shane’s team did well to coordinate an acceptable offer for my home considering the low housing market. Shane communicated well with me and worked closely with Ella who did the open homes - phoning potential buyers etc. As far as Shane was concerned we were all part of his team - new the market - has excellent marketing skills and is very dedicated.
