Within 24 hours of contact, Shane (and his associate) had arranged a meeting, finalised a marketing plan, arranged a photographer, connected me with a home stager and cleaner so the first open home happened in a week. Nothing, at any stage, was too much trouble. Shane at all times kept me informed on not only my own home sale but also what was happening in the local market. He was knowledgeable, respectful, good-humoured and provided excellent advice as the strategy had to evolve to meet the slightly difficult market we were working within. It was evident he cared about getting the best outcome for me, not just getting a sale. He was adept at providing helpful advice and good information to guide decision-making. I would highly recommend Shane. He knows his market and works exceptionally hard for his clients to get a result.

Shane worked very hard with his team to sell our house. We didn't get our desired result straight up (as is the market), but Shane and his team continued to work tenaciously and it wasn't long before we had a sale. The team at Ray White worked well for us and assisted us with trades and ideas that helped us to present the house well. Cindy worked hard at the open homes and Chris and Cindy were able to get over 70 groups through the open homes and 3 active bidders. At auction time Ben did a great job and the outcome was all that we had hoped for.
