We are very grateful for tremendous supports from Michelle and Michael for our purchase. They are very helpful and dedicated agents that make the process so smooth and easy. Their knowledge in this field is amazing, and I can be confident to say that they are absolutely among the best property agents in Auckland.

Shane made the selling process stress free and personal through plenty of communication and upfront honesty. His extensive experience is clearly apparent when talking to him. Will definitely be working with Shane again.

We were immediately drawn to Shane’s enthusiasm, energy and obvious knowledge of the real estate market. We felt as though we were with the experts throughout and are very happy to have sold so quickly. Communication was excellent every step of the way and Shane’s sales process was really effective. Great businessman who we would happily use again.

Paul has been a great help during the sale of our property. He kept us in the loop and gave great advice, including some that we were initially hesitant on but turned out to be the right course of action. He achieved great result that we were completely satisfied with during a market downturn.

Ella was totally professional in all her dealings with our sale .She had excellent communication skills and kept us in the loop at all times. As we were out of town sellers Ella happily and professionally organised tradespeople when we needed them. She had great market knowledge and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing a professional and enthusiastic agent.

After the death of my mother I engaged Ella (and Shane) to assist in selling her home. Ella was empathetic, professional, always responsive and informative, and courteous. But what stood out was her unfailing commitment to assist in every way possible to facilitate the sale process and to go "above and beyond". Ella put me in touch with an excellent staging company and arranged to attend at both ends of that process, arranged extra open homes, offered to be at the home when other people needed access (even when it was not strictly necessary in her role), and did everything possible to make the situation as easy and successful as possible. Even after achieving a contract, Ella remained committed and available right through to completion of settlement. I would highly recommend Ella to anyone looking to work with someone who is not only an exemplary professional, but who also goes the extra mile for her clients.

David and Hannah, were very professional and such a great team. We felt very lucky to have them selling our property. They were very precise on stradegy, clear on communication and feedback, well informed on the local market and buyers trends. We will be recommending David and the whole Ray White team to our friends. #sellmyhouserockstars

Paul has shown this warm and inviting persona through out my dealings with him. This was especially a great help while going through emotionally tense situations in putting on a pre auction offers and in the main auction later as well. I could see he knows the area and market very well and confirmed my confidence on the property and he kept me informed after my pre auction offer so that I could be aware of the situation and prepare. Overall his inviting personality made it so much easier to secure the property. Thanks again Paul!

Wonderful experience working with Thérèse & Jiang. Their real estate craft is an art form and they are masters of stress de-escalation with ALL aspects of the selling process. And when it really matters, you can count on Thérèse with her sublime ability to grasp and seal the deal - she really is, the queen of CLOSURE.
