Paul Foster was the agent who helped and encouraged us to attend an auction, for the house we LOVE, but uncertain of bank approval. He's an extra miler who's got industry contacts: His broker John Keenan advised us on tips on getting the bank pre-approval. 2 hours prior to auction, we asked him and quickly sorted out a lawyer from Gazeburt company, Tina Luff, who's kind enough to review the pre-purchase agreement and property title review. Paul has been checking in on us and gave us realistic price range of property, in comparison to the surrounding properties and the advantage of the location. He considered our pricing, while looking after his client(vendor), without forcing us to bid. If it wasn't for his persistence and encouragment, we wouldn't have attended the auction and won it at the best price- considering tight and higher offers, with conditions.
