Having known Matt since childhood, I wanted someone I already have a good rapport with and trusted. I knew selling my townhouse was going to be no easy task and it did take a while but his resilience got us there in the end. His communication was great and was always providing me with updates. Drew is a very experienced agent able to provide excellent recommendations in every part of the sales process. He was able to advise precisely what buyers in our price range were looking for so this made it much easier to target what needed a touch up and what didn't keeping our costs reasonable. During open homes and the auction process Drew was able to provide clear feedback on what buyers were saying allowing us to tweek the pitch and adjust the campaign as needed.
