Drew made the whole process seem effortless. We'd had dramas with previous agents, looked around and were so lucky to have found Drew. He and Shane made sure everything was taken care of and we got the result we wanted without any fuss. Couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend him highly enough! He's your man

Robbie was excellent to deal with during negotiations. Listened carefully, gave great advice and made the process very easy for us. Would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to give you an honest and professional opinion when you are negotiating purchasing a property. Highly recommend.

Shane was always confident in getting a deal done. We found his positivity encouraging even if we felt it was misplaced. In hindsight of course it wasn't, not only did Shane sell the property but kept working to get us the best result. Big thanks to Shane and Drew for their hardwork

We have just sold a rental home of ours and had Robbie Castle from CENTRAL REALTY North Shore You Deserve a CASTLE to do the job. We commissioned Robbie mid-December to sell the house and it had it’s first open home the following weekend. As the tenants were still occupying the house Robbie had a few challenges to overcome and did so very well to comply with the tenants wishes. We found Robbie to be very diligent in his handling of trying to sell the house at a difficult time of the Christmas and New Year season but within a month he had signed up keen client buyers. Robbie fitted in with our timetable gracefully and we appreciated his frequent updates right to the end. We would recommend Robbie to sell your home in a thorough and experienced way always to get the best results.

Right from the beginning, we felt completely at ease with Robbie. He demonstrated expert knowledge of the area, came up with a solid sales plan and was in close communication with us throughout the sale period. He even went as far as giving us tips on how to fix bits around the house and putting us in contact with some trades people. We were very impressed by Robbie’s professionalism and attention to detail. His calm, confident, positive and upbeat manner made him a delight to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.

Shane assessment of the market at the time of our sale and what this meant to us in regards to the chosen approach to the sale of our place was spot on. The decision to go with his recommendation of a deadline sale worked exceptionally well. The marketing of the house was a huge success and this was proven by the sale of our place in 5 days, 3 of which we were away for. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Drew was a pleasure to deal with, especially during a Covid Lockdown. He was extremely positive and helpful, and together with Shane and myself, achieved a sale very quickly. I highly recommend him to others.
