We have just sold a rental home of ours and had Robbie Castle from CENTRAL REALTY North Shore You Deserve a CASTLE to do the job. We commissioned Robbie mid-December to sell the house and it had it’s first open home the following weekend. As the tenants were still occupying the house Robbie had a few challenges to overcome and did so very well to comply with the tenants wishes. We found Robbie to be very diligent in his handling of trying to sell the house at a difficult time of the Christmas and New Year season but within a month he had signed up keen client buyers. Robbie fitted in with our timetable gracefully and we appreciated his frequent updates right to the end.
