Proactive, friendly with excellent service

Ben was all around excellent. He acted for us as buyers and made the process smooth and easy. It's clear he has a background in customer service as he was prompt, proactive and friendly. He also wears novelty animal socks which I did not notice but have been a highlight and talking point with my children.
