Local knowledge, relaxed style and perseverance

Rachel and Jiha, supported by Katie are very knowledgeable in Karaka, particularly The Lakes which is where we were selling. Considering it has been a slow market for a while and there are was a lot of competition for our style of property, albeit we are in the original Lakes subdivision, Rachel and her team persevered with our property and were convinced the right buyer who understood the value of our location would come along. And they were right! We have a relaxed style, which they worked in with and were great to deal with whilst still maintaining a professional aporoach.
