I was one of multiple owners. My emails to Max were left unanswered even though they included important questions regarding documentation requirements. Because I had very little contact with Max I wasn’t going to leave a review but the “Rate My Agent” spam emails just kept on coming. In fact, I have now received more emails from them then from Max. Overall the property was sold at market price within a reasonable timeframe.
