Helpful with the steps on how to setup everything (power, broadband, etc). Was an easy and smooth transition to my new home. Tip for the team though, add a select address option so prices for the area are available making it easier for the customer to choose which option suits them the best, instead of having to do extensive outside research on prices.

Since selecting  Ray White Howick to review our rental property in July 2022, Lexi van Heemert – Team Leader – Property Management undertook an assessment of our property. We were impressed with the comprehensive and detailed “Management Agreement” contractual agreement which covered all imaginable aspects & responsibilities which avoids an grey areas. As our house was built in the 1970’s there was a requirement to upgrade some items to comply with the Healthy Homes Standard, such as ventilation in the kitchen/bathrooms. Our property manager, Maree Chisnall handled all the aspects of the Healthy Homes requirements without delay and achieved the certification very promptly. The contractor’s who undertook the works, the costs were very reasonable and the neatness of the works completed were of a high standard . Following the tenant selection which was undertaken by Maree Chisnall (Property Manager) she has without fault conducted her self impeccably, from providing the detailed property inspection reports on time, proactively dealing with the necessary contractors as necessary and with very a with clear line of communication as we had requested.  We have been very pleased with the tenant selected who has treated our home as if it was their own.   We have no hesitation in recommending  the team at Ray White Howick – Property Management as they have managed our property in all aspects, to the highest level we could have hoped for.

I was having trouble finding a rental that suits me and my family but with the help of Ray White and Maree as our agent we found the perfect home. She was very easy to talk to and always made sure we had everything we needed to be happy in our home. We are always kept in the loop of things so we always know what's going on. She is kind and courteous and goes out of her way to make sure we have no issues with the property especially with the awful Auckland weather lately. She's just so lovely and I'm glad she's our property manager.
