Only the Best Will Do
Raewyn and Emma are extremely skilled in all aspects of their real estate duties. They listen, make helpful and constructive suggestions as to presentation, price, marketing and planning. Each of them have complimentary skills to each other,constantly communicating between themselves and also with vendor and clients. Great fun to deal with and brilliant at staging a house tastefully. Subpar communication
It was a quick sale. On the market 4 days before signing a contract. However there was a few things NOT disclosed to us PRIOR to signing the contract which should have been. Communication was average, with delays in getting copies of signed contract to us/our lawyer. We had to request when pre-settlement inspection would be 2 days out from settlement as we had not heard, and the owner was there for the inspection too. To top it off the key was left under a bin at handover and there has not even been a Thank you/congratulations card or email on buying the house - surely that's just simple courtesy. It feels as though he has done the bare minimum to sell this house. The Ray White conceirge team have not even followed up after I booked a phone call request with their team either. Overall our experience has not been a positive one.

I would like to say that I appreciated Jaco's careful adherence to the various Regulations and Laws. I also thank him for his careful work and valuable suggestions that saved me money. Friendly, enthusiastic and very Knowledgable!
From the very start Jaco was an ease to work with. He came with enthusiasm, energy and positivity. He knew where the market was at and that we could make a tight timeline work for a sale. We only had just over 2 weeks to market and go to auction. Jaco helped with some items needing attending to on the hose as we as owners live remotely from Hamilton. He organised the handyman, lawn mower etc to make sure the place was presentable. His communications were impeccable. In the end we got the result we wanted and happy to say thanks to Jaco and his team for a quick and efficient process.

Great experience working with Roslyn!
It was great working with Roslyn, she was always available to communicate and advise on the next steps in the process. She was always willing to go above and beyond what was required and made the whole process nice and easy. Could not say a bad work about her! Would use again.
