Good Communicator
Sarah was great to deal with as she was either phoning, emailing or texting to keep you up to date with what the market was doing and how the sales was progressing. One of the things that I liked the best was Sarah continued to help with the next property that we were looking out. She just didn't get the sale under the hammer but continued with supporting us to the next property. Well done for thinking ahead. Yes I would use Sarah again and wish her well.

Efficient, diplomatic and pleasant purchasing experience
Being the first home my husband and I have purchased via an Estate Agent, we didn't know quite what to expect. MJ was our first contact at the open home and immediately gave the impression of both professionalism and personability. We were immediatley provided with all relevant information, including a new development in the area. We found MJ to have excellent diplomatic skills when it came to price negotiontions and to be upfront, when it was required. She also has an excellent understanding of the legal documents and provided us wth extra aid in filling these out correctly. Overall we have had a very pleasant buying experience and are grateful to have had such a well rounded Estate Agent to work with. Thanks MJ!

Had a great experience with MJ
We were first-home buyers and was completely new to this game. MJ was extremely helpful to me and my husband and walked us through this whole process. When we had questions MJ was always on the other side of the phone ready to help. My husband and I are very happy about our experience with MJ and grateful to her. Highly recommend her service to anybody.
