My husband and I had several areas of pressure when preparing our property for sale. There were a number of things to juggle including a long holiday weekend, a moving truck and the start date on a new job. Jeremy provided sound advice on timing, what to do, along with how and when to do it. The photography & videography were challenged with weather on a deadline, despite this the finished product was first class! Jeremy's guidance as well as hard work by Linda and himself created a multi-offer environment which brought in 6 competing offers within 10 days. Wow, Glenn really provided the best experience I've ever had with an agent. I am currently in Australia and my Mum, now in her 60's was selling her pride and joy.
