Neil is such a kind and sympathetic person that I can't praise him enough for his patience and professional competence during a rather difficult purchase process. The Concil had mixed up numbers within the Complex, refering to no 23 as number 24(My new home) during a "Change of usage form Hall to Dwelling house" for no. 23. As there was no CC on 24, for that procesas there was no "New CC" for number 24. Neil was most forbearing throughout the process of verification. ie that my home, 24, was never changed as far as "Usage " was concerned, and has always been a Dwelling since erected, and as it was built before Councils had to issue a CC, no CC is needed. So sweet. The sale could go through.But it did mean we had to take up Neil's time, and he was wonderfully helpful throughout the process. Even though it left very little time for clearing furniture etc from 24, he arranged for the coincidence of the Settlement dates, so I didn't have to arrange Storage, and alternative Accommodation for myself and my belongings. Thank you Neil.

Even before we entered the property we felt like it could be our home. This was down to Glenn and Lee's attention to detail - the photos, the video (with the cute dog!) and the beautifully written description of the house were all wonderfully presented. Upon viewing the property we were met by Glenn who welcomed us and gave us a run down of the home. He then passed us over to Lee who carried this warm welcome on throughout the home. They'd clearly done their research on the area, the home and neighbours. Organising a second viewing with our builder was done seamlessly. Once we placed our offer, Lee kept us in the loop the whole time, either via phone call, txt or email. As anxious first home buyers this helped put us at ease! The work they both put in was second to none and we are so incredibly grateful to them both.
