Lee was always helpful. We could phone him any time regarding the sale of our house. His knowledge of what we needed to know and what we need do was excellent. On the day of the auction he was fabulous, he would step in side and update what was happening. He was not pushy trying to make us do a quick deal and that made us feel relaxed. Glen and Mel were caring, empethetic and seemed to genuinely love our house, i have no doubt their attitude would reflect on to potential buyers. The kept in nstant communication, regular updates on feedback from open homes and viewers. I cannot recommend them enough. They cared about my feelings, phoning to encourage and support me, and they drove hours out of their way to get signatures. I love their Sales Method and didnt push to Auction. He did the work that a real estate agent should do but it was the way he did it that I appreciate so much. - He walked me through the options whenever I had to make a decision without trying to influence me Although our house was past it's best it was important to us having been our family home for two generations and he respected that. Neal kept me updated most days with progress reports. He walked me through the options I should consider whenever I had to make difficult decisions without trying to influence me. Neal was were always patient considerate and respectful towards me as a senior Māori woman. His knowledge of real estate in the area meant his early appraisal was accurate when the final settlement was made.
