Wonderful Agent and most of all a very Genuine person
About a year ago I met Kim at one of her open homes. Talking to her in the first instance, put me at ease and felt comfortable as a buyer before talking details. Even though the initial property purchase didn't go through, Kim was very kind, compassionate, helpful and determined in finding me the right property. She made sure she understood my needs as a buyer, attending open homes on my behalf, validating my choices of suburbs, very patient with my questions, advised and motivated in every step of the way. Over the course of finding a home, i am happy to say Kim is a friend more than an Agent. I would 100% recommend Kim if you are searching for a home in Auckland. Vibrant and lovely lady
She was very helpful through the whole process. When I inquired the property for sale, it was already passed the viewing time and already late. She made an effort to contact the vendor and made the viewing possible on that same day especially for us. These was the game changer as from then on, we fell in love with the house. During the auction day we didnt manage to join due to some personal reason but the next day she called us and said it was passed in. The rest was history. Communication was great and her service was exceptional.

Extra mile to help
Choosing kim to list my property was the best decision I ever made. I know she is new to this business but I totally trusted her. Professional and dedicated
