Greg is an outstanding agent who helped us secure a very good price on a property with some significant challenges in terms of market perception. He rolled his sleeves up on overseeing the process of getting the property ready for sale (we live in Central Otago) and was always communicating (eg after open homes and making suggestions to improve the presentation of the property). He can think outside the box and devise creative solutions when the task is challenging. We highly recommend him for your marketing project.

Amazing experience with Linh and her team
What a wonderful experience to have Linh sell my home which we have loved and lived in since 1969. We've shared lots of beautiful memories in this home and so it is with deep regret that I had to sell it. I'm so pleased that Linhs team has managed to find a lovely new family to live in this home. The whole process has been very smooth. For such a heart wrenching process to sell my beloved home, Linh has handled the sale with such sensitivity and I am so grateful. What an Amazing Agent....
Linh has been an amazing Agent throughout this process. This has been a very long journey for us all and this lady persevered with us every step of the way. Jessica is a truly genuine, caring agent
I wouldn’t usually use those words to describe a real estate agent, but in over 10 years of home ownership, I have been positively taken aback by Jessica’s approach to real estate. We recently purchased our home through Jessica and she has been helpful every step of the way, from first viewing through to settlement and beyond. We had a few change requests on the interior of our completed house and Jessica listened and worked hard to convey our needs — achieving all our requests with the vendor. She enthusiastically accommodated our after hours viewings and made us feel totally at ease throughout the entire process.
