I think a review from a first home buyers' perspective is really valuable. Having searched for a while, we'd come across several agents. If you've ever been new to purchasing a home, you'll know how intense it can be trying to navigate something you've never done before, and how a lot of agents will use this to their advantage. Sudu was not one of these agents. We'd looked at a home we saw online, and it wasn't for us, but noted he was the first agent to actually talk to us like people. No over exaggerations, buzz words, or uneccesary sales pitches. He noted the price range we were looking for, and within a week we looked at another property we fell in love with. He answered all of our questions, communicated really well, and made the entire process so much easier. We have now just gone unconditional and we couldn't be happier :) Highly recommend working with Sudu.
