Madelon was up front and honest, easy to talk to and there were no hidden agendas. We didn't feel pressure and were trusted to complete the "legal documents at home" and scan them through. We loved the flexibility of Madelon being available to support a building inspection at short notice. Great communication was shared to assist a smooth settlement. What a personal and wonderful surprise awaited us on settlement day, and the follow up care was kind and much appreciated.
