Joey recently sold our house in Northcote Point and we were really grateful for the efforts that he put in, not only with regards to selling our property, but keeping us up to date with local sales data and even going so far as trying to help us find a new home. I wish that all agents were as hardworking as Joey. In recent months, I have been in contact with as many as 15 estate agents while on my mission to find us a new house and only ONE of those has kept in touch to send us potential properties. Joey is very friendly and always has a smile - despite my at times high stress level due to navigating young children and open homes. Another thing I appreciate is that Joey is not one of those agents that sets unrealistic vendor price expectations. I know many use that as a tactic to acquire a property and then the owners feel let down when their expectations are not in line with the reality of the property market.
