They say purchasing a house is one of the most stressful things a person can go thru but Paul made the process so easy, and everything went like clockwork. Paul was very supportive throughout the entire process with great communication and professionalism. We had been to quite a few open homes and we were really impressed by him the first time we meet him at the property. Emma truly embodies the spirit of Waitakere. It is her authentic energy that made me chose her in the first place and I did not regret this choice despite thinking of using a couple of other well established local agents trying to sell the authenticity that is not there. Emma listens to instructions, while suggesting what she thinks works from her own experience but ultimately, I had a choice as what we will do. Selling house is extremally intimate experience and you don't want to be treated like a quick "commission and next". Emma is so much more than a real estate agent.
