Melany came to me in a tough market and said that she could do what I had failed to in the last 15 months . She nailed it and within 3 weeks had a sale for me . At a price we had agreed. Melany is hard working and very professional. I would definitely use her again . Thanks Melany for your hard work.

James took us to a property we were not originally looking at which turned out to be perfect for our family!

James is a very personable, but business-like agent, and he also has a fab sense of humour. We enjoyed having him as our agent and since selling, have recommended him to several of our friends. We would definitely use James again in the future, for any of our real estate needs..

James and Ashleigh have been brilliant to deal with during our recent sale of our Waipu lifestyle block property. Their professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanour quickly instilled confidence and put us at ease as we worked through the process. Always making themselves available to answer any questions that we may have, responded to any messages in a timely manner, and kept us up to date with any developments and/ or market feedback. James’s marketing strategy was excellent and the video made of the property was outstanding! Thanks once again James for helping to make this such a positive experience with a very satisfactory outcome! If you are considering buying or selling real estate in the Bream Bay region, look no further than Team James Alexander from Ray White Real Estate.

We found James very helpful, and even though he was not able to get clients north (with the brynderwyn closure) he did brilliant advertising and he never stopped looking for us to the end. He was professional and helpful all the way.
James Alexander
James was a friendly, knowledgeable agent who was helpful throughout the process of marketing our property. He provided useful suggestions for how we could best present the property to appeal to buyers given that it was a 'work in progress' rather than a finished house or entirely blank slate section. His enthusiasm for its potential clearly came through in the marketing video and I am sure his positive attitude helped secure a sale.

James provided us with a great introduction to the property, he had great community awareness and had great knowledge about the property which was effectively communicated to us. He and is admin team provided a good, efficient and helpful service with the purchase paperwork. James seemed to genuinely care about helping us secure the property in all it was good experience.

Melany has great knowledge of the Ruakaka market and helped us find the best house for our family at this time. She listened to our requirements and helped refine our search and found us the perfect property.

James was great to work with - we recently used his services when we bought a property in Waipu. Really straight forward, honest, and knows the local market really well. Highly recommended!

I've used James to sell 4 houses in the Ruakaka and One Tree Point area. As an active developer and house flipper, it is important to have a trust-worthy and competent agent on board to complete each project. James is exactly this. His communication, ability to get the job done and enthusiasm for his work is second to none. I will continue to use James and recommend him to anyone searching for an agent.
