An enjoyable transition to a new home after 34 years

We decided that it was time to downsize from our 8 ha lifestyle block and contacted Bridget McNamara because we knew her. She showed us a property at Rarangi which happened to be on the market and quickly allowed us to identify features which attracted us. She alerted us to the "slightly different" property, also at Rarangi which we decided to make an offer on. This led to the need to get our own property on the market for sale. Mark Tschepp was the agent listed on the Rarangi property, Bridget assured us that he was an experienced and knowledgeable agent for rural properties, and so we engaged Mark. The end result was a successful sale for us. The two transactions were therefore linked, with the process being managed by Mark with Bridget's assistance.
