Billy and Bella a fabulous team and worked hard to get a sale over the line on my unique commercial boarding house in Otumoetai, Tauranga. Billy was in touch regularly, dealt with a lot of different moving parts throughout the process, and was fun and approachable to deal with. Billy is very proactive in his approach to marketing, and was very good at bringing a number of offers throughout the duration of the time the property was on the market. Eventually Billy secured a great price for the house in an economic recession $$ environment, with fabulous buyers and a great outcome.
