Warm, friendly, trustworthy, dependable & genuine, all with a great sense of humour

We have known Chris for a few years now & through several properties, he listened & understood our particular needs, this most recent time he worked incredibly hard for us in a difficult market, we felt he was dedicated and achieved the best result possible, both in buying & selling, he never showed us, or tried to convince us about any properties that weren't suitable, as some agents might, he is very knowledge, but also honest, no one really knows what the market might do just now! he helped us out of very stressful situation with empathy, & great patience, we could be anxious at times, & maybe even a bit techy in our distress & worries about finance and such, but he was skilled at managing, explaining & lending us his calmness, we think Chris is a consumste professional, as well as being a genuinely warm & friendly person, who also has an enjoyable sense of humour, he is skilled at managing all the other numerous folk involved in these processes, we don't think you could do better!
