Great experience with buying our property

Dominic and Ady were flexible about enabling us to view the property as we didn't live nearby and then again with a pre-settlement viewing, so we could get our tenants into the property immediately after purchase.

Bought at auction CBD Auckland

Dominic and Ady Huang from Ray White know their stuff on these central Auckland apartments. Each building has its (leaky?) history, Body Corp, building manager etc, and Dominic's knowledge goes way back. For investors, Ady quotes all the outgoings and rent appraisals from memory.
