Very good at communicating to the tennants in my two houses, structuring --negotiating an exit strategy as tennants in both houses were under fixed term Tennancy.

Ray and Christine helped us make the decision to auction the property resulting in an outstanding outcome. Great communication along the way.

We found Christine and Ray very helpful when it comes to the purchase of our new property and the selling of our last property. We were kept up to date with what was happening throughout the process.

Ray and Christine have been extremely helpful and flexible in terms of helping me to prepare the house to its best, so we could sell it at its best value. Definitely recommended! Personally, I will surely come back to Ray and Christine for purchasing or selling properties in the future when I need to.
