Jon is a very conscientious agent and worked very hard to bring me the best outcome possible.

What impressed me most about Jon is that he is honest, he is straightforward and such a good communicator. He is really there for you as you go through this stressful process of selling your home. He is a great problem solver, and is happy to meet and explain anything that is a concern for you. He is able to negotiate very well on your behalf, which in the present market is imperative. Jon is easy to talk to and he takes the time to find out what his client really wants. He truly listens to you, which is terrifically important. His market knowledge is extensive and because he holds a lot of listings in the area, he is able to refer people who come to his other listings and are not satisfied, to your listing. I found him to be totally trustworthy. I am very thankful that I chose Jon to help me sell my home.

Good market knowledge, with sound and professional experience.

Detailed in his explanations, understanding made easy. Professional, understanding and fully aware of the local market. Hears his clients (great listener). Easy to communicate with, gives great explanations. Solid based advice. Clear in his knowledge of my local market. Totally professional when dealing with negotiations. Strong in the area of negotiations, clear guidance given. A market shift and extenuating circumstances outside of agents control, affected the final sale price. Expectations of "final value" had to shift quite a bit for me. The moving marketing also impacted on this. I was very happy with his dealings with me.
