On meeting Karen for the 1st time, it quickly became apparent that we had made a correct decision in selection of a real estate agency to represent us after a referral. From her initial presentation through to the sale of our home, we could not be more impressed by her actions to activate immediate interest. Less than 24 hours after our initial meeting,the For Sale sign was in full view for passing traffic & extensive coverage of our listing had been formulated. The 1st open home happened the following day with an amazing response so soon followed by an acceptable offer 2 days later. Is this real? Although this sale could not proceed, interest & possitivity remained & 6 weeks later we are due to move in to our new abode in Hamilton in a few days.
