Renee has been absolutely incredible. We genuinely could not have asked for a better real estate agent. From the very beginning the communication was amazing. Renee always kept us in the loop, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful than it could have been. Our sale did end up getting slightly tricky toward the end, but Renee was always cool, calm and collected. She talked us through every situation, helped us understand our options, and made sure we felt comfortable with what was happening the whole way through. At one point we joked with Renee that she should bring us a multi-offer… and she said “I’m on it.” Sure enough, she achieved that within the first week, which is absolutely incredible. We’ve already been recommending Renee to everyone and will absolutely continue to do so. The Raine & Horne team are also fantastic at promoting each other’s listings, which I think is awesome. It genuinely feels like they work as a team rather than as individuals, and that really shows in the results. Renee is just amazing and we’re so grateful for everything she did for us.
