Caring and respectful sales process

Lee was very thorough in her appraisals and reporting. As the house was vacant, and partly furnished only, she came and put in many of here own accessories to make it look lived in. Luckily she picked them all up before the auction truck arrived! We had hoped for more offers, but this is no reflection in Lee, just the market at the time. However with her negotiating skills, we were all happy with the result. She kept in touch post - sale which was nice as well.
