Couldn't be better

Nicky went above and beyond, and we highly recommend her to others. Our circumstances required an empathetic and very personal approach, and it was clear from the start that she was the right person for us. Throughout the process she was professional and thorough. Her communication was outstanding, providing us with regular updates that we have never experienced before with previous property sales. As absentee owners selling a vacant house we had concerns about security and the need to maintain the property. Nicky went out of her way to make regular visits, clearing the letterbox, and letting us know of any concerns. In every way she exceeded our expectations, and to make it even better she's a lovely person to work with.
