Went the extra mile to sell mum’s home

Nicky, came and did an excellent presentation to us before we signed an agreement with her. It was a very detailed presentation, giving examples of other properties and where she thought we should set the selling price. We were very impressed. Because most of the furniture had been removed from the property we had a bedroom that had no furniture. Nicky brought a bed that she had in storage and moved it into the bedroom and made up the bed, definitely helped people visualise the room size, that’s what I call going the extra mile. Nicky organised photos and had images created showing how the room’s could be furnished and what the rooms could look like. Overall a great experience and I would have no hesitation to use Nicky again if we had a house to sell
