Jay did an awesome job from the outset. Exceptional communication and really helped us bring everything together. I felt like I knew exactly what was going throughout our sale. He appeared to have a sound knowledge of the current market and was great at guiding us through the process, explaining his thoughts and helping us make informed decisions. He did a great job of finding the balance between getting us a good price while still working within the timeframe we needed to sell. It was clear he was genuinely passionate about what he does and really invested in helping us achieve what we wanted. He was also really responsive to our needs around open homes and viewings. We really appreciated everything he did for us throughout the process, and went above and beyond.

Extremely accommodating and knowledgeable, and a lovely person.

Julie was extremely accommodating when we needed (and wanted) to make multiple visits to the property. She responded to both texts, phone calls, and emails very quickly. She had great local knowledge and offered to help find an answer or solution to any questions we had. Julie was lovely and made the buying process so easy.

The right agent made all the difference

Having gone through quite a few open homes and met plenty of real estate agents along the way, we couldn’t be happier that Tash was the person who helped us find our home. From the beginning, Tash’s genuine approach and character stood out. She quickly understood what we were looking for, made us feel at ease and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. We never felt pressured or like we were simply another sale. When things didn’t quite go to plan with one of the properties we were initially pursuing, Tash was fantastic at keeping us informed and helping us look ahead. Her uplifting energy and genuine support made what could have been a frustrating part of the process much easier, and ultimately helped us find our #1 home. Communication was excellent throughout. Tash was quick to respond, kept us updated and checked in regularly without ever being overbearing. She also did a fantastic job managing the process between ourselves and the vendor, which took a lot of the stress out of buying a home. Tash also has a great sense of humour and was fantastic with our kids during the open homes. She quickly became their favourite, to the point where they only wanted to go and look at “Tash’s houses”! We’re incredibly grateful to Tash for helping us find our home and would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Should we ever need real estate services again, Tash will be the first person we call.

Diligent attention to detail

Nicky was a pleasure to deal with for the sale of our Te Puru bach. She provided regular updates throughout our campaign and added value with her attention to detail. Most importantly we sold our house within a relatively short time frame in a very slow market. We would definitely work with Nicky again.
