Poor support, doesn’t care about emotional expect of the buyer, no proper handover and no guidance

It was our first time buying property and we had so much emotion and excitement for the journey, it was all good until we found some issues before settlement. It was minor issue and it would have been easily resolved with the proper conversation and observation but peter was in complete denial and He completely refused the issue we raised and blindly defended the vendor without even counting probability. He didn’t deal in Professional manner to resolve this issue, instead he tried putting everything on us. He doesn’t understand that buying first home has a lot of emotional value, it’s not only the money. We didn’t received proper handover after settlement, we figured out ourselves most things and some things we still don’t know. We are happy that we bought a house but it was a lot tougher than it needs to be. I hope I would never have to go through situations like this again. Those last few days before settlement were very very stressful for us and we were very poorly treated.
