Couldn't have been happier. Was honest in his appraisal, went above and beyond finding out information about our property that we were unaware of in regards to the consenting of the wood burner which made our property more desirable. Was always professional and clear in his communication. We don't plan on moving any time soon but if we did we would use Adrian again in a heartbeat.
