Sahab has sold a couple of homes for us now. During both of these experiences he was supportive during the process, ensured we were well informed and communicated effectively throughout the whole process. Sahab went out of his way to ensure what needed to get done got done outside of the standard working hours, he was available whenever needed and was always friendly and easy to deal with.

Good and friendly
Sahab was friendly and communicated with us all the way through the whole sales process. Although we didn’t reach the predicted sales price, we were reasonably close to it. The whole process was fast and reasonably easy. In hindsight we should have done deadline sale or price by neg.

Knows The Market!
Sahab recently sold my home in Casebrook. I found Sahab to have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the selling procedure, advising how to get the quickest and easiest respond from EQC to how to present the home for sale. He listens to your needs and gives sound advise. I would thoroughly recommend Sahab if you are thinking of selling your home or buying a property.
