We contacted Lane Sanger because our neighbours had used hin and they told us he was the No 1 agent in Orewa. From the first time we met him Lane was professional, on time, knowledgeable and not pushy (this is something we particularly looked for in a real estate agent). Lane kept us very well-informed, communicating with us immediately after open homes or private viewings so we knew exactly what was going on. He would give us full details of where each 'prospective buyer' was on their road to purchase our house. Lane is helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. You know hes working for you which is really important. He's been a real pleasure to deal with and we wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend him. Lane has provided us with an experienced empathetic journey. His communications have been honest, clear and have taken into account our needs and views.
