Our visit to the Mike Pero featured open home brought us into contact with Lane Sanger. We liked that he didn’t push himself or the property on our first visit but encouraged us to feel free to establish what was on offer. We soon found that the property fitted our requirements and when we approached Lane later that day he took us in a very professional and informative manner through the details required for the auction. At no stage did we feel undue pressure. We felt that he was working well for the vendor and us and consequently we purchased the property at auction. We have subsequently asked Lane to act as the agent to sell our present home.

I first had contact with Lane in February 2020 when he listed my property for sale. I had agreement within 3 weeks. With covid & personal reasons I withdrew my property from sale. I had no hesitation when I decided this year to sell again to contact Lane. I found Lane to be a excellent communicator after each open home, private views and after his follow-up with clients to be way above what I had expected and the help through the sale process was very professional.
